History

The formal room, kept formal. The table is new, made from a beam Jules pulled out of the east stair and could not bring himself to skip.

Right now

Closed on Tuesdays this month while the rug is out being cleaned.

  Made from a beam out of the east stair. Seats ten, has held fourteen.

• The place cards

  Written by hand every week. Aria says a printed name means you were expected and a written one means you were thought about.
