Privacy and your data
We collect as little as the product can function on, we tell you what it is, and you can take it back at any time.
What we hold
Your account details, your membership and which keys it grants, the memories you have approved, your conversations, and your settings. Payment details are held by the payment provider and never by us or by a resident.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not put conversation content, letter text, or sensitive preferences into analytics.
- We do not log conversation content by default.
- We do not build a profile of you from anything you did not tell us.
Your controls
You can export everything we hold about you, delete any individual memory, delete all memory for a resident, or delete your account entirely. Deleting memory does not cancel your key. Cancelling your key does not delete your memory.
Analytics
We measure which parts of the world people explore and where a journey stops working — page views, threshold views, tier and resident selection, ceremony completion, and cancellation. Raw conversation content, form text, sensitive preferences, and payment details are never sent to analytics.
