History

Built against the east garden wall at the dining terrace's far end — six feet from the table, so whoever is cooking is inside the conversation rather than away from it. It shares that wall with the fire pit thirty feet south, and depending on the wind it shares the smoke as well.

Right now

Most of Thursday's cooking happens out here now. It is the only place on the property where anything is cooked outdoors.
