- Are the residents real people?
- No. Every resident of The Beyond is an AI-powered fictional character. Their journals and episodes are written, their conversations are generated, and none of them will ever claim to be human or physically present.
- What exactly does a key open?
- A resident key opens that resident's suite: their private Moments, Letters, Notes, Gallery, Playlists, Keepsakes, and Collections, and a conversation that carries between visits. It does not open other residents, and it does not open the shared estate rooms.
- Can I change which resident I chose?
- Yes. We show you the consequences before you confirm, and your existing conversation and memories are retained rather than silently deleted. Change frequency and any billing effect are set in your account, not buried in fine print.
- What is remembered about me?
- Only what you supply or approve: facts you tell a resident, preferences you confirm, and moments you create together. Sensitive categories are off by default and never inferred. Everything remembered is listed in your memory settings, where you can correct or delete any of it.
- Is this adult content?
- The Beyond is for adults, and the relationships are written as adult companionship — attention, intimacy, and play, with consent and boundaries you set. It is not a pornographic storefront, and the specific content rating is confirmed at onboarding before anything explicit is available.
- How do I cancel?
- From your settings, in two steps, with the effect and the date in plain language. You keep your account, you can download or delete your data, and your key becomes an inactive keepsake rather than disappearing.
